Fred is a Federal Employee with the General Services Administration.  A former Project Manager and now Business Analyst with years of professional experience in managing high dollar complex projects from Initiation phase to execution.  Extensive oral and written documentation with team members and stakeholders.  The 5 C’s of communication is his governance and he believes that tactful and diplomatic communication is key.  Customer service is an attitude, one must have the mindset to service!

Fred earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with concentration in Computers and Information Systems from North Carolina Central University, Billing and Coding Certification from Prince George’s Community College and Project Management Certification/Master Track Project Management Certification from Management Concepts.
