Cancellation Policy
Due to our agreement with the host hotel, the initial 20% deposit of the MBM Fall Getaway 2025 is nonrefundable and non transferable. This deposit secures your reservation and covers booking expenses, ensuring that accommodations are guaranteed. Refunds for Additional Payments: Refund requests for any additional payments (beyond the 20% deposit) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Full refunds of additional payments (less the initial deposit and excursion fees) will be available up to 91(July 2, 2025) days before the event date. Cancellations made within 90 days (July 3, 2025) of the event date are not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all attendees.
